Where modern comfort meets a floral-themed charm.
Welcome to The Pearl Cottages, Kiwatule. We built this place around a simple idea: that a stay away from home should still feel like home — calm, cared for, and quietly beautiful.
Our nine fully furnished apartments are wrapped in tranquil gardens and a private backyard, each one named after a flower that gives it its own character. They're made for the people who matter most to your stay — business travellers settling in for a project, and families visiting Kampala for a season.
From the backup generator that keeps the lights on, to the housekeeper who remembers how you take your tea, every detail is here so you can simply arrive and exhale. We're a small, family-run team — and we host like it.
Nine flowers, nine homes
Each apartment carries the name and spirit of a flower — a small touch of nature that makes every home feel distinct, and easy to remember long after you've checked out.
Rooted in calm
Tranquil gardens, leafy hedges and a private backyard — a green buffer from the city just beyond the gate.
Made for living
Full kitchens, generous lounges and terraces — spaces designed for real life, not just a night's sleep.
Quietly dependable
Power, water, Wi-Fi and security handled behind the scenes, so your stay never skips a beat.
A private garden to come home to.
Beyond the apartments, a shared backyard opens up under mature trees — a place for morning coffee, for children to run, or for an evening unwinding after a long day in town. It's the heart of The Pearl, and a rare thing this close to the city.
- Mature, landscaped gardens with shaded seating
- Private, family-friendly backyard inside the gate
- Upper terraces on every apartment overlooking the green
